Vacancy available: bar bender and fixer (Ekiti State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Moba, Ekiti State. You will fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; assemble column and beam cages on the bench; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust; read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules. Requirements: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
