Retail butcher wanted in Golden Valley County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a retail butcher in Golden Valley County, Montana. The job is at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter The role involves debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; season and marinate meat on request; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. We offer $220 per day plus benefits. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
