Vertical transportation technician wanted in Dunn County

Join our team: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in Dunn County, Wisconsin. You will work in a residential tower block. Day to day you will set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches. Requirements: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
