Day to day you will backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse; load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage; swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger. Ideal candidate: • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
