Reinforcement steel fixer — Madobi

We are recruiting: we are hiring a reinforcement steel fixer in Madobi, Kano State. The job is on a commercial tower construction site. What we are looking for: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling On the job you will handle: • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
