Grill cook wanted in Vernon County

Now hiring: we are hiring a grill cook in Vernon County, Missouri. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
