We are recruiting: dish pit attendant (Texas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Grimes County, Texas. On a typical shift you will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
