Join our team: we are hiring an automobile electrical mechanic in Manchester, England. You will work at a commercial vehicle fleet depot. Ideal candidate: • ITI certificate in auto electrical or electronics, or equivalent • Skilled with multimeter, test lamp and diagnostic scanner • Knowledge of CAN-bus and modern ECU systems Day to day you will read and clear ECU fault codes; check charging system output and battery voltage; repair air-conditioning electrical controls; test batteries, alternators and starter motors with a multimeter; solder and heat-shrink wiring joints; repair and re-tape damaged wiring looms.
