Tandoor cook — San Miguel County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in San Miguel County, Colorado. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $3,600 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
