Scaffolding erector wanted in Grand Traverse County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a scaffolding erector in Grand Traverse County, Michigan. On the job you will handle: • Lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips • Dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely • Fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid • Tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors • Plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level • Erect debris netting, sheeting and brick guards Requirements: • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang • Working-at-height / PASMA training an advantage Full-time with occasional weekends.
