Now hiring: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Rabun County, Georgia. Your main tasks: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room What we are looking for: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
