Great opportunity: we are hiring a butcher in DeKalb County, Indiana. Day-to-day duties: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Rotating shifts.
