Powder coating line operator wanted in Macoupin County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Macoupin County, Illinois. You will be based at an automotive components factory. Day to day you will pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
