Requirements: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE The role involves mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint.
