Great opportunity: concrete placer (Virginia)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a concrete placer in City of Staunton, Virginia. You will be based on a high-rise slab pour. The role involves strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing; set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors. You should have: • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours 6+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
