Urgent requirement: surface coating operator (Wisconsin)

Join our team: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Door County, Wisconsin. You will work on an industrial coating line. The role involves: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Six days a week, one day off.
