Cold room technician wanted in Madison County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cold room technician in Madison County, Kentucky. Requirements: • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade • Valid driving licence for field call-outs • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC Day-to-day duties: • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets • Pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter • Charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight • Trace electrical circuits with a multimeter • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
