Concrete placer • Sullivan County, Missouri

Immediate opening: we are hiring a concrete placer in Sullivan County, Missouri. The job is on a road and bridge project. Your main tasks: • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms Ideal candidate: • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
