Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coater in Bradford County, Pennsylvania. Day to day you will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours.
