Now hiring: we are hiring a rebar worker in DeKalb County, Tennessee. Requirements: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing On the job you will handle: • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
