Gas appliance installer — Lincoln County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gas appliance installer in Lincoln County, Minnesota. You will be based at a busy gas installation company. The role involves purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes; thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant; install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Driving licence for travel between sites At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
