Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Cherokee County, Texas. The job is at a powder coating unit. On a typical shift you will cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends.
