Now hiring: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Columbia County, New York. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Day to day you will mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. Pay around $3,000 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Contact us to fix an interview.
