Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dishwasher in Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi State. You will work at a banquet hall. The role involves sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. Requirements: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts.
