Join our team: we are hiring a meat cutter in Coffee County, Tennessee. What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler The role involves: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
