Immediate opening: banquet server (North Carolina)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a banquet server in Lincoln County, North Carolina. The job is in a café. Your main tasks: • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Check back during the meal and handle special requests Ideal candidate: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Full-time with occasional weekends.
