Join our team: we are hiring a steward in West Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana. The job is at a cloud kitchen. Day to day you will restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. You should have: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
