Now hiring: we are hiring a PVC profile cutter in Borough of Swindon, England. On the job you will handle: • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square Ideal candidate: • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine 3+ years on the tools preferred.
