Framing carpenter wanted in Morton County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a framing carpenter in Morton County, Kansas. You will work in a bespoke joinery workshop. You should have: • Good eye for detail and a clean finish • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings Day-to-day duties: • Cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw • Lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions 3+ years on the tools preferred.
