Immediate opening: we are hiring a banksman in Gladwin County, Michigan. You should have: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather On the job you will handle: • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
