Pipe tig welder — Brighton and Hove

Join our team: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Brighton and Hove, England. You will be based in a food and dairy equipment factory. You should have: • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through Day to day you will strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer £1,800 per month plus benefits. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
