The role involves sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date. You should have: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths 2+ years on the tools preferred.
