Kitchen cook wanted in Akoko South West

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Akoko South West, Ondo State. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. On a typical shift you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
