Urgent requirement: we are hiring a body shop technician in Rockwall County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair Requirements: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports Pay around $3,500 per month, based on your experience.
