The role involves cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare the mise en place before each service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
