Now hiring: we are hiring a membrane applicator in Tensas Parish, Louisiana. The job is at a busy building site. The role involves lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding. Ideal candidate: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Working-at-height certificate an advantage $17 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
