Vacancy available: we are hiring a car refinisher in Russell County, Virginia. You will be based in a car refinishing workshop. Ideal candidate: • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners The role involves: • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio 1+ years on the tools preferred.
