Natural gas fitter — Murray County

Now hiring: we are hiring a natural gas fitter in Murray County, Minnesota. The job is in a gas distribution network. On a typical shift you will fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections; install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation; fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances; install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves; braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • Driving licence for travel between sites Full-time with occasional weekends.
