Production line inspector wanted in Jackson County

Now hiring: we are hiring a production line inspector in Jackson County, Missouri. What we are looking for: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing The role involves: • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation Six days a week, one day off.
