Join our team: we are hiring a prep cook in Garrett County, Maryland. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Day to day you will prepare the mise en place before each service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
