You should have: • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious Your main tasks: • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
