Vacancy available: glazing assistant (New York)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a glazing assistant in St. Lawrence County, New York. Day to day you will grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris; read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts; secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points; clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film. Requirements: • Knowledge of toughened, laminated and double-glazed units • Confident handling and lifting heavy glass panes Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off.
