Join our team: we are hiring a glass and glazing technician in Fulton County, Kentucky. The job is at a busy glazing workshop. On the job you will handle: • Cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers • Fit double-glazed sealed units into frames • Secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points • Clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film • Apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass Requirements: • Knowledge of toughened, laminated and double-glazed units • Physically fit, able to stand and lift throughout the shift • Aware of safe glass handling and PPE such as cut-resistant gloves Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
