Immediate opening: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Decatur County, Tennessee. The role involves clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks. You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Full-time with occasional weekends.
