Membrane applicator • Wilson County, North Carolina

Vacancy available: we are hiring a membrane applicator in Wilson County, North Carolina. You will be based in lofts and crawl spaces. Your main tasks: • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant You should have: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Working-at-height certificate an advantage • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
