Great opportunity: port container crane operator (Kentucky)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a port container crane operator in Butler County, Kentucky. Your main tasks: • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands What we are looking for: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
