Now hiring: we are hiring a pipe TIG welder in Cheshire West and Chester, England. On a typical shift you will grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal. You should have: • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Able to pass a weld test on the spot Pay around £2,750 per month, based on your experience.
