Grill cook wanted in Pawnee County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a grill cook in Pawnee County, Kansas. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. You will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided.
