Immediate opening: we are hiring a pipe lagger in Concordia Parish, Louisiana. Requirements: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Working-at-height certificate an advantage Your main tasks: • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
