Mosaic tiler — Lake County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a mosaic tiler in Lake County, Montana. Day to day you will fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even; cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter; lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level; apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas; check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away; spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation • Own a basic set of tiling tools (trowels, spacers, levels) • Physically fit for kneeling, bending and lifting tile boxes At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
